Sue Smith is a savvy Realtor in the Northern Virginia area with Real Estate in her blood and a burning desire to help others build wealth by finding their perfect place in the world.
 
Following her father and mother, Frank and Bonnie Grant, into the noble profession of Real Estate, she has backed her natural inclination to help people by being involved in the first-time buyer's purchase and complex property sales and purchases.   A natural leader and solution-oriented person, Sue brings a smile, positive, and can-do attitude to everyone she meets.  
 
In 1986, Sue and her young family moved to the DC Metropolitan area where Sue started her Real Estate Career in 1988.  This was a natural fit as it allows Sue to follow her true passion of helping people realize their dream life and financial goals through Real Estate purchases and sales.  Sue and her family have lived in numerous county and suburban communities in Northern Virginia since 1986.
 
During the past 34 years, Sue has become a top expert in Real Estate, allowing her to make wise personal investments -- a wisdom she readily shares with her valued clients.  "Helping my friends, family, and clients live quality rich lives through beautiful homes and proven investment strategies excites me."
